What
clothes should I wear?
Dance gear is recommended, however we advise that
you wear what you are comfortable in, anything that allows you
comfortable movement. If you
take salsa or cumbia we recommend shoes with a sole bottoms,
preferably not tennis or rubber bottom shoes.
You should wear clothes that are easy to move, like t-shirts. You and
your dance partner also may feel more comfortable if you bring a change
of t-shirts if you are a person who sweats a lot.

What
shoes should I wear?
You should avoid, hard sole, heavy
shoes or high heels. I recommend shoes that are easy to move in, like
sneakers, jazz dance shoes or sneaker style dance shoes.
Dance shoes can help you a lot. I recommend sneaker type dance shoes,
about $30-70. Very Fine Dance sport Shoes. Our offers a 10%
discount to students of America

How
many classes do I need to take to learn to dance?
It depends on the person, but please
continue with 2 classes per week for 3 months. At first, the day after
class you will have forgotten everything. But after about 3 months, you
will begin to retain what you have learned. Partner dancing is difficult
at first, especially for the men. Please keep at it for 3 months and
don't give up.
